CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to attend, please notify Renewable Energy Conference in writing no later than 14 days prior to the conference date and a credit voucher will be issued to you for the full amount, redeemable against any one of our other Energy related conferences. No credits will be given for cancellations received after 14 days prior to the conference date. Substitution of participants is permissible with 3 day prior notification to the event. Renewable Energy Conference reserves the right to cancel any conference it deems necessary and will, in such event, provide a full credit voucher for registration fee. No liability is assumed by Renewable Energy Conference, organizers, or affiliates for changes in program date, content, speakers or venue.
